要注意:股权激励≠股权奖励

山东股权激励本质上是企业所有者对经营者的一项长期激励制度。在这种制度安排下,企业所有者让渡部分股权,利用股权的长期潜在收益激励经营者,促使其与所有者的利益保持非常大限度的限制,以保证企业财富的持续增长。

换句话说,这些激励对象会认为,这些股份本来就是他们应该得的,现在给他们也是理所当然。所以,这样做股权激励,不但起不到激励的效果,反倒会引起内部的矛盾,实在是得不偿失。
