授予股权激励份额多少的几个考量因素

企业在确定单个激励对象的激励额度时,应考虑的因素有哪些?下面来看看相关内容吧。

法规的强制性规定。对于上市公司实施股权激励的激励对象个人的授予额度相关的规定:非经股东大会特别决议批准,任何一名激励对象通过全部有放的股权激励计划获授的本公司股票累计不得超过公司股本总额的1%。对于非上市公司,法律并没有规定对实施股权激励的激励对象个人的授予额度限制,因此公司董事会可以灵活地决定。
