  (一)股票期权模式

  (1)Stock option model

  股票期权赋予成员在未来特定时间内,以约定价格购买一定数量股权的权利。在新兴互联网项目中,这种模式较为常见。项目初期,通过授予成员股票期权,让他们对未来充满期待。若项目发展良好,股价上涨,成员可以以较低的约定价格买入股权,再以市场价卖出,获取差价收益。这种模式的优势在于,激励对象无需立即出资,降低了参与门槛,同时也将他们的收益与项目的长期发展紧密挂钩。

  Restricted stock refers to a certain amount of equity granted to members in advance,but the unlocking and sale of these equity are subject to certain conditions.For example,in a traditional manufacturing transformation and upgrading project,in order to motivate the core technology team to achieve technological breakthroughs,restricted stocks are granted to them,and the equity can only be unlocked after the project successfully develops a new product and reaches a certain market share target.This model can effectively motivate members to work towards specific project goals,ensuring targeted and effective incentives.

  (三)虚拟股模式

  (3)Virtual stock model

  虚拟股并不具备真实股权的所有权、表决权,但持有者可以按照约定比例享受分红和增值收益。对于一些处于初创期、资金紧张的项目来说,虚拟股是一种很好的激励方式。比如小型文创工作室,通过向优秀员工发放虚拟股,在不改变股权结构的前提下,让员工分享项目的盈利成果,增强员工的归属感和积极性,同时也减轻了项目的资金压力。
