按理来说，在不影响公司的情况下，股东中途撤股，公司不用管；即股东自行将股权转让给第三方，但是如果没人收购或者收购方是竞争对手，那公司就要介入了；那在不同的时期，公司会有不同的介入情况，以下五种是常见的情况：

①、锁定期内退出

锁定期三年内不能退出，如果退出可视为自愿无条件放弃股东身份，则净身出户；公司可以不承担任何责任；

Within the three-year lock up period, withdrawal is not allowed. If withdrawal occurs, it can be considered as voluntary and unconditional abandonment of shareholder status, resulting in net withdrawal from the account; The company may not assume any responsibility;

②、亏损期内退出

如果股东在公司未实现盈利时离职，公司将以象征性的1元价格回购其股权；

在合同期满时选择离职的股东，公司将以等于净资产价值的价格回购其股权，或者将其股权转让给其他股东或第三方；

在此过程中，原股东有优先的购买权；

④、分期退出法

在合同期满时，股东想退出，而无人收购；可选择首次退回30%的股权，剩余70%在两年内分期退回。若在这两年中违反竞业限制，剩余的股权不再退还;
