公司的控制权是有三个层面,而身为实际控制人或者说老板,是一定要牢牢把控住的,否则公司的经营就大概率会出现问题;

1:人事权;

公司是一个人事社会体,控制公司是需要通过人去做控制的,控制公司的本质是控制人,所以创始团队要确保对公司人事有着绝对的任命权,确保整个公司的人都是我们老板能管的人。
