股权占比≠分红比例,千万不能混为一谈

做股权方案十年了,经常会有伙伴咨询我问题,但是通过咨询发现了一个大多数人都有的误区:

认为股权占比=分红比例(✘)

当初合伙创业说的和和气气,大家分工明确,后面会按股权占比分红,但是其中一个股东觉得公司生意不错,反正也有分红从而消极怠工。
