进行股权设计时,避免股权相对均等、人数太过分散!

近期济南合伙设计小编碰到一起股权设计的案例,创业的股权结构是这样的:六个人创业,核心大股东占34%,还有两个股东占10%,剩下的两个股东占15%,还有一个占16%。这样的比例如何?
