确定激励标的物应综合考虑四个因素

股权激励之所以能调动员工的积极性,其重要的一个原因就是,激励对象能够通过自身的工作努力影响激励成果的大小和实现概率。选取恰当的激励标的物,可以实现企业与员工的双赢。确定激励标的物,应综合考虑这样四个因素:
