企业不同的阶段,股权激励也有不同的博弈!

从某种程度上讲,企业所有者与员工之间是一个硬币的两个方面,有各自利益诉求和博弈,又有合作共赢。即使企业实施了股权激励,也在在大股东和小股东的博弈,也有当期股权和未来期权的博弈。那么,在企业不同的阶段,山东股权激励也有不同的博弈:

3.即使到了企业上市以后,不同的股东之间也存在着博弈。上市后,大股东终于带领企业登上了更高的台阶,在更大的平台上,采用现代企业治理结构和管理制度来带领企业走向更快、更高、更强,但是小股东已经开始思考:什么时候能够变现?能变现多少财富?如何买车、买房?如何更好地消费?
