股权激励计划中的定机制如何

激励对象因个人原因辞职的,可以自离职之日起取消所有尚未行权的股权激励标的。

激励对象因履行职务负伤而导致其丧失劳动能力的,其所获授的股权激励标的不做变更,仍可按规定执行。

激励对象因退休而离职的,其获授的股权激励标的当年已达到可行使时间限制和业绩考核条件的,可行使的部分可在离职之日起的6个月内行使,尚未达到可行使时间限制和业绩考核条件的不再行使。

激励对象死亡的,自死亡之日起所有尚未行权的股权激励的即被取消。
