激励对象发生变化时股权激励计划的变更

一般而言, 若公司发生变更、合并、分立,所有已授出的股权激励标的不作变更,股权激励计划不作改变,激励对象不能加速行权。但若公司因变更、合并、分立导致股权激励计划涉及的股权激励标的发生变化,则应对激励标的进行调整,以保证激励对象的预期收益不变。
