股权激励与股权奖励有什么不一样?

股权激励本质上是企业所有者对经营者的一项长期激励制度。在这种制度安排下,企业所有者让渡部分股权,利用股权的长期潜在收益激励经营者,促使其与所有者的利益保持大限度的一致,以保证企业财富的持续增长。
