好的股权结构需要注意哪些事项?

(1)简单明晰的股权结构

在创始的阶段,创业公司合伙人不是特别多。比较合理的架构是三个人。投资人在投资的时候会看你的创业团队,但合伙人不一定要有完整的组合。投资人在投资的时候,关注的是你的产品和CEO的理念,你有没有CTO,COO,这些都不重要,所以,不能为了追求创始合伙人的人数而刻意增加。

Investors will look at your entrepreneurial team when investing, but partners do not have to have a complete portfolio. When investors invest, they first focus on your products and the concept of CEO. It doesn't matter whether you have CTO or coo.
